The latest version of RPM, rentiT’s customisable ERP system, is now available. The developments support the day-to-day operations of project-based service companies managing significant equipment resources by improving quotation workflows, project equipment and vehicle planning, collaborative client processes, and mobile and on-site task management.
RPM connects sales, project management, equipment and warehouse logistics, workforce management, and operational finance within one system. The latest version further improves the usability of this shared operating environment and provides clearer access to project information.
More precise project and resource planning
The updated planning interfaces support the coordination of equipment, vehicles and other resources assigned to projects. Vehicles are included in the relevant schedule and timeline views, while information on equipment availability and current location is more directly connected to technical preparation.
This provides project managers, logistics teams and warehouse personnel with a shared, up-to-date view of the capacity required for project delivery.
Interactive online quotations
RPM continues to provide an interactive online quotation process. Clients can review the structure and versions of a quotation, select authorised options, adjust the proposed configuration and approve the final quotation. The latest version also refines the presentation of quotation totals and multilingual quotation management.
Quotation changes and versions remain traceable, while the approved commercial scope connects directly to the project’s subsequent operational processes.
One client portal for every shared project
The client portal provides a single overview of all projects shared between the client and the service provider using RPM. After selecting a project, the client enters its dedicated workspace, where authorised quotations, documents, messages and tasks can be managed and the project status can be followed.
Project-specific access controls help separate internal information from client-facing content while keeping communication and related documents structured and searchable.
Mobile support for on-site operations
The RPM iOS application supports daily schedules, project tasks, time records, equipment data, fault reports, project messages, file uploads and QR code operations. The latest developments strengthen the stability of mobile workflows and support on-site work connected to centrally managed project data.
Customisable implementation and integration
RPM is a standalone software product whose modules, access rights, documents, reports and integrations can be tailored to the processes of each company. The system is hosted in the rentiT cloud environment by default, while an on-premises implementation can also be provided when required.
