rentiT's event technology portfolio has expanded with a reimagined solution developed in-house. rentiT Rapid Rendezvous (RRR) supports professional networking and the organisation of business meetings at conferences, exhibitions, partner days and business forums. It is available as a standalone module and can also be integrated into the REM event platform.
At a professional event, finding the right meeting partner, coordinating a time and agreeing on a meeting location all require attention. rentiT Rapid Rendezvous brings these tasks together: participants select partners from searchable professional profiles, send invitations and agree on a meeting time. Confirmed meetings are assigned a table, stand or location, while personal schedules can be viewed in both calendar and chronological list formats.
An integrated system for participant meeting scheduling and on-site information signage
RRR supports multiple invitation workflows, takes account of shared attendance days and existing bookings, and prevents scheduling conflicts and table double-bookings. Participants can also manage their meetings through a browser on their mobile phones, without installing a separate application.
Organisers can monitor invitations, meeting statuses and available capacity through a dedicated administration interface. In addition to email notifications, a comprehensive on-site signage and table display system supports information sharing and communication.
Part of rentiT's event ecosystem
Integration with the rentiT EES access control and on-site registration system, as well as the REM event platform, connects matchmaking with registration, check-in and the event application. The shared use of participant data supports both pre-event preparation and on-site operations.
rentiT Rapid Rendezvous can be used for single-day and multi-day events, as well as events running concurrently. Networking timeframes, meeting organisation rules and on-site capacity can be tailored to each event.
